How Blogging Has Helped Me
I have a blog called The Tired Gal where I'm charting the progress of my attempts to manage my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome through a specific eating plan and moderate exercise.

Why I Started Blogging
The diet is based on low-histamine foods which are easier for my body to process. Three weeks in I'm really noticing improvements in my energy levels and sleep patterns.
I've also had to un-learn everything I knew about keeping fit and I'm trying to find a balance between keeping the weight off and not pushing myself so hard I end up relapsing!
I would love to hear from you all - like a lot of people, I believe experiences shared are the best way to find a path through the forest of symptoms and have a go at leading a normal life.
How I Did It:
I chose a theme on Wordpress and I've been learning as I go! There are lots of helpful links and forums to help newbies out and the interface is very user-friendly.
Everything has been free so far and I get 2 widgets that display my archive and blogroll.
Lessons Learned
- Read around the subject - find and comment on blogs that interest you.
- Keep it up!
- Use images where you can to break up lots of text.
