Do you have any experience with the side effects of coq10 while supplementing for fibromyalgia?
Many people have reported nausea and headaches once the supplement was introduced. It is pretty clear that coq10 is effective in fighting fatigue and providing energy for workouts as more of a weight loss supplement because that is becoming a big buzz as of late. I think if people were educated on the role of coq10 in the body many people would be better off taking the supplement in low doses as they age.
