It can be hard to find reliable information about natural medicines such as herbs and nutritional supplements, yet many of us with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome rely on these kind of treatments. Now, I'm very happy to introduce a new resource from About.com -- Natural Medicine A-Z.

Natural Medicine A-Z is a database that's right alongside Drugs A-Z. The natural medicine information is based on accepted scientific knowledge. If you browse through the tabs associated with a particular supplement, you'll see information broken down by condition, A-D grades of how well its researched, side effects and safety information, and typical dosages.

This is a great quick-reference tool. If you're looking for more information, especially as to how it relates to fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome, check out my selection of Supplement Profiles. I'm always working to expand this section, so if there's a supplement you're wondering about, let me know: chronicfatigue.guide@about.com.
