For National Better Sleep Month (May 2009), I featured an array of sleep-related topics aimed at getting you sleeping better, because with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome sleeping better means feeling better.
In case you missed them or wanted to hang on to them, here's an index of the Better Sleep Month Series articles that'll make it easy for you to access all of this information.

I have FM but am sleeping much better these days. What helped? I got rid of my sleep disorder-my husband’s sleep apnea. Hubby used to snore loudly for years and it disturbed my sleep even though I wore those soft putty-like ear plugs (any other kind of ear plug hurts my ears). But no matter how deep I pushed those suckers I could still hear him. Last year he had several episodes of confusion and was finally diagnosed with very severe sleep apnea. Now he uses a CPAP machine which means no more ear plugs and much better sleep for me. I don’t think I sleep deeper and I’m still stiff in the morning but at least I don’t wake up at night anymore.
