Have you noticed your symptoms seem to be worse after you eat pizza, or drink a glass of wine? You're not alone - experts say the majority of people with fibromyalgia (FMS) or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS or ME/CFS) have food sensitivities.

The best way to figure out what foods, if any, bother you is an elimination diet. Basically, you cut out a whole bunch of foods for several days, then re-introduce one category at a time and track how you feel.

While it's not a fun way to spend a few weeks, some extra effort then can save you a lot of pain and fatigue down the road.
